This is the easiest Dollar Tree DIY project ever! Seriously…anyone can do it! And the best part is, you can make this DIY dollar tree halloween wreath using dollar store items! It literally only cost$5to make. A whopping 5 bucks.
DIY dollar store halloween wreaths are super easy to customize too! If you can’t find all of the dollar tree supplies listed here, you’ll be able to find something similar. You can try using different colors, decorative mesh, add some foam pumpkins, and any halloween signs you can find! Move over “Tar-Jay”…we are making our own Halloween decor, and it’s budget friendly y’all.

Dollar Store DIY Halloween Wreath Idea
Materials
- Wire Wreath Form (You’ll find it in the floral/craft aisle)
- Halloween Door Sign
- 2 Halloween Garlands
- Hot Glue Gun and glue sticks
- Other decorative items (if you can’t find the exact items in the photos or video tutorial): fake cobwebs, purple and orange deco mesh, black creepy cloth, spooky artificial flowers like purple roses, and more!

Steps
Cut or break apart the Halloween door sign. You can really use anything to decorate the wreath. There are so many options at the Dollar Tree, for only $1!
We chose the cute three piece witch door hanger (pictured). It was connected by ribbon so we just cut the ribbon apart, and now we have decor for our cute halloween wreath.

Take one of the garlands, and wrap it around the wreath form.
It does not need to be perfect. I just started wrapping! I didn’t even use anything to attach it, but you can use a dab of hot glueto better secure the garland to the wreath form.
Once the first garland is wrapped around the wreath form, add the second garland in the same way.

I used a hot glue gun to attach each piece of the de-constructed door hanger to our wreath. My son told me, he likes the wreath better without the witch parts, but I won!
