Crochet clothing is one of most satisfying things to make. I don’t know about you, but I love making things I can wear. Modern Crochet Clothing Patterns (Ultimate List!) (1)

How do you crochet your own clothes?

Crocheting your own clothes can be very intimidating for a lot of people. In order to crochet clothing, you have to know your sizing well, be able to take measurements, and decipher a lot of new territory in crochet patterns, like gauge.

But I always tell people to jump in and not be afraid. There is a lot to learn, but sometimes you have to learn by doing.

And once you finish your first piece of clothing, imagine the pride you’ll feel by wearing it! You can show it off at church, family events, or even something like a sweater weather party.
